Return Policy
- New, unused, still-in-the-package products can be returned or exchanged up to 30
days from the purchase date. - Extended holiday returns policy: for purchases between November 15 and December
31 st , items may be returned until the end of January of the following year, all other
policies apply. - Not satisfied? Contact us – we’ll see how we can help on a case-by-case basis.
- For returns/exchanges of new, unused items, all packaging for third-party products must
be undamaged and acceptable for resale. - Returned items will be inspected. Lightly used items may be subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
